Industrial park DMC Brno Královopolská

We are developing and constructing the DMC Brno Královopolská project as both the developer and general contractor, in collaboration with Královopolská Estate, s.r.o., a sister company of KRÁLOVOPOLSKÁ, a.s. The goal of the project is to create a modern high-tech campus for Thermo Fisher Scientific, a global leader in the development and production of electron microscopes and spectrometers.

The new campus, spanning nearly 60,000 m², will be among the most technologically advanced and environmentally sustainable buildings in the Czech Republic. It will serve as a center for research, development, and production of strategically significant technologies, particularly in the pharmaceutical and electrical engineering industries.

The project is being implemented according to the latest technological standards of DMC Construct 4.1. Both the interior layout and exterior design of the building are carefully customized to meet the specific requirements and needs of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
