Industrial park DMC Pardubice

We are developing DMC Pardubice industrial park in collaboration with our partner, Star Capital Finance. On the site of the former TMS (Továrna Mlýnských Strojů) complex, built in the 1960s, we are constructing a modern industrial park focused on high-value-added manufacturing operations.

Premium tailor-made production spaces

In 2020, we built a 19,000 m² production hall for the French company Faurecia (now Forvia), designed precisely to meet the tenant’s requirements and manufacturing technologies. This project received professional recognition—it was nominated in the Best of Realty 2020 competition in the Industrial Property category and earned the prestigious LEED Silver certification, confirming its energy efficiency and sustainability.

In 2023, we completed the construction of another production hall for ThermoFisher, expanding the total leasable area at DMC Pardubice to 91,000 m². This development allowed us to invest in infrastructure and improve water management, further enhancing the quality and sustainability of the entire complex.

Further development and new opportunities

DMC Pardubice continues to evolve. We are actively preparing for the construction of new buildings that will expand the availability of modern manufacturing and storage spaces. We plan to start new developments in 2025, opening up new opportunities for innovative and technologically advanced companies.
