Industrial facility DMC Paskov
On the brownfield site of the former Paskov Mine, we have built a state-of-the-art logistics hall for ŠKODA AUTO, a.s., designed to meet the highest industrial standards. Completed in December 2022, this cutting-edge facility spans 8,330 m², including expedition shelters, and is developed in full compliance with the dmc construct 4.0 technological standard. With innovative solutions that streamline logistics and promote sustainability, this project represents the future of industrial development.
Innovation and sustainability combined
Designed with the latest industry trends and tenant requirements in mind, the hall incorporates advanced technical features to optimize logistics efficiency. A dedicated shelter for gitter boxes with loading ramps ensures smooth material flow and faster handling. The facility also supports high-capacity transportation by enabling loading and unloading of gigaliners. Looking ahead to the future of e-mobility, the hall is pre-equipped for charging electric trucks and features fast-charging stations for passenger vehicles.
A strategic location for efficient logistics
DMC Paskov is positioned at a key transport hub with direct access to the AWT Paskov railway terminal, part of the multinational PKP CARGO INTERNATIONAL network. This strategic advantage allows for the daily operation of a fully loaded train, accelerating freight transport while significantly reducing the facility’s environmental footprint.
Our work at DMC Paskov proves that modern technology, sustainable solutions, and efficient logistics can go hand in hand.
