Industrial facility Nýřany

We have built the property in Nyrany in 2020 according to technical standard dmc construct 4.0 as a general contractor for our partner CBRE Global Investors for client Faurecia (nowadays Forvia).

During the construction we have met demanding sustainability criteria, the standard has been fully adapted to tenant´s requirements including specific FMG fire security requirements.

The construction was an extension of the existing property with automated operation and robotic conveyors for production and warehousing of car seats. All construction works have been carried out during full operation of the existing production.

The property has 12 500sqm of built-up area and it is possible to extend it by another approx. 8 000sqm. Demaco Construction, general contractor of Demaco group, delivered the property within the set 6 months time frame during significantly uncertain pandemic period.

Together with this new property we have also built a new access road with relocation of all existing networks for future extension.
