Industrial facility Nýřany
We built the hall in Nýřany in 2020 as the general contractor for our partner CBRE Global Investors and the tenant Faurecia (now Forvia), according to the dmc construct 4.0 technical standard.
Modern production space meeting high sustainability standards
During construction, we focused on high sustainability standards and tailored the project to the tenant’s specific requirements, including fire safety standards based on FMG guidelines. The hall is part of an expansion of the existing site, featuring an automated operation with robotic conveyors for the production and storage of car seats. The construction took place while the existing production was fully operational, demonstrating our ability to efficiently coordinate projects even in challenging conditions.
Flexibility and growth for the future
The hall has a footprint of 12,500 m² with the possibility of expanding by another 8,000 m², offering flexibility for future growth.
Fast and efficient delivery even in uncertain times
Demaco Construction, the general contractor within the Demaco group, completed the construction in just 6 months, despite the global pandemic presenting numerous challenges. This success highlights our ability to manage projects efficiently, even in uncertain times.
Comprehensive infrastructure for future development
The project also included the construction of a new access road and the relocation of all existing utility networks, enabling further expansion of the site and ensuring smooth development in the future.
