Industrial facility Tachov

In 2022, as the construction manager, we successfully built the Gama production hall for the investment group Urbanity and the tenant Eurostyle Systems, a member of the GMD group.

Modern and flexible space

The hall offers 13,500 m² of leasable space, with the possibility of expansion by an additional 2,000 m². It was built according to the dmc construct 4.0 standard and includes specific modifications such as cranes, foundations for technology, and installation of technological networks. One of its unique features is the unconventional facade.

Efficient project management with cost savings

The project was completed on time and under the original budget, thanks to our transparent approach to construction management, based on the principle of open-book management.

Renovation of engineering networks and infrastructure

During the construction, the site underwent a complete renovation of engineering networks, including the renovation of rainwater and sewage systems, the construction of a large open retention basin, and the replacement of both fire and drinking water supply systems. All these modifications were carried out while the site remained operational, without disrupting the activities of the existing companies. At the same time, the site’s road network was modernized, significantly improving the traffic accessibility of the entire area.
