Industrial facility Týniště nad Orlicí

We built a production hall of approximately 13,650 m² for the Japanese manufacturer of catalytic components, Cataler, in cooperation with the investor DRFG Real Estate. The hall was designed and constructed according to the dmc construct 4.0 standard, with specific adjustments made to meet the manufacturing technology and tenant’s requirements.

Cost-efficient construction with a focus on effectiveness

The building was completed on time and under the original budget, made possible by our efficient construction management and the open-book principle. This approach ensured transparent project management and cost optimization.

Award for innovation and quality

The project won first place in the Innovation of the Year category at the LOG-IN 2020 competition. It was also nominated by the expert jury for the Industrial Property category at the Best of Realty 2020 competition, which recognizes the best industrial projects in commercial real estate.
