We have developed this production facility with a size of approx. 13,651sqm for Cataler, Japanese manufacturer of components for catalysts. The property has been built according to our dmc construct 4.0 standard with modifications which are in line with client´s production technology and requirements.

The property has been delivered on time and with savings compared to the budget thanks to construction management and open-book principle.

The property has been awarded first place in the Innovation of the Year category at LOG-IN 2020 competition. The expert jury also nominated the property in the Industrial Real Estate of the Year category in the Best of Realty 2020.

The project has been developed in cooperation with DRFG Real Estate, financing has been provided by Raiffeisenbank.
