Industrial park DMC ValMez
We became the owners of the strategic DMC ValMez industrial complex, spanning approximately 13 hectares, in July 2022, when we acquired it from SCHOTT, which subsequently leased back part of the site. As part of our ambitious development plan, we constructed a modern warehouse covering 11,000 m². This facility was successfully launched into trial operation in March 2024 and officially approved for use in July 2024. The new warehouse enables SCHOTT to consolidate its operations, reduce operating costs, significantly enhance production efficiency, and optimize logistics processes.
Plans for Further Development
We are planning to build four additional buildings within the park, with a total area of 36,000 m². These buildings will be constructed in accordance with the dmc construct 4.1 technical standard. The interior layouts, technological features, and exterior design will be tailored to the specific requirements of individual clients.
Strategic Location and Excellent Accessibility
DMC ValMez complex is situated near the city center and the main road leading to Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. Its location ensures excellent accessibility via urban and intercity public transport, as well as for cyclists, pedestrians, and freight vehicles.
Top-Notch Infrastructure
The site boasts outstanding infrastructure, including:
- Connection to a high-voltage (110 kV) power supply combined with the operation of a local distribution network;
- A proprietary high-pressure and medium-pressure gas station combined with the operation of a local distribution network;
- A private water source and a high-capacity system for managing both wastewater and stormwater;
- Modern amenities, including a fully functional canteen, a gym, and a media/training center with a capacity for 150 people.
