Information on the processing of personal data

Personal data are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).

Personal data are only provided to third parties in justified cases. The recipients of this personal information may be the Company’s contractors and processors that the Company uses for maintainance of the website (such as IT vendors).

IP address logging takes place on the web server side. IP address logs do not allow for a unique personal identification of the user.

Files with IP address logs are rotated and the oldest log is deleted regularly every 6 months.

User’s rights related to the processing and protection of personal data

• Right of access – the user has the right to ask the administrator what personal data the administrator processes.

• Right to update personal data – the user has the right to request the administrator to access personal data and have it updated or corrected.

• Right of deletion – the user has the right to request the administrator to delete personal data. The administrator shall delete any personal data if the deletion is not in conflict with applicable legal regulations and the legitimate interests of the Company.

• Right to transfer personal data.
