Environment
Building with respect for place and surroundings
We focus on the revitalisation of brownfield sites, helping to bring new life to locations that have previously served industrial or manufacturing purposes. Our designs and technical standards emphasise energy efficiency, rainwater management, infrastructure for electromobility, and well-designed outdoor spaces and greenery. A responsible environmental approach is part of every stage of our projects, as confirmed by our ISO 14001:2015 certification.
Social Responsibility
Both projects and people matter to us
We aim to ensure that our buildings provide a safe and high-quality environment for both work and daily operations. We therefore focus not only on technical parameters, but also on access to daylight, quality facilities, and overall user comfort. Equally important is how we work with people within our company and our relationship with the communities where we operate — we support local initiatives and foster a fair and open working environment.

In practice, we apply a transparent approach, including open-book principles where appropriate.
