As of May 2024, Demaco (through DMC LDS ValMez s.r.o.) officially operates a Local Distribution System (LDS) for electricity and gas in the DMC ValMez industrial park. This allows us to deliver a stable, efficient, and directly managed energy infrastructure to our tenants and partners.
We ensure direct energy supply to companies operating within DMC Valmez.
Maintenance and management of the distribution network.
We provide transparent information about available capacity.
Operation as a regulated entity under Czech energy legislation.
Transfer of LDS experience from DMC ValMez to other projects.

Electricity: ČEZ Distribuce, a.s. – Grid rules
Gas: GasNet, s.r.o. – Gas rules
We comply fully with §25(12) and §59(10) of Act 458/2000 Coll. and provide our clients with a reliable and transparent service.
