Electrically and manually operated dock doors (2.7 × 3.0 m) with hydraulic dock levellers (2.0 × 2.5 m, platform height 1.2 m), load capacity 60 kN.
Drive-in gate
At least one electrically operated drive-in gate per unit, 4.0 × 5.0 m.
Water management
Infiltration and retention systems designed to keep rainwater on-site.
Paved areas & perimeter
Asphalt and paver roads with heavy truck access. Full perimeter fencing with remote-controlled entry. Gatehouse added based on site specifics.
