Acquisition of DMC ValMez and Schott Day 2022

In July 2022, DEMACO became the owner of an industrial complex with a size of about 13ha of SCHOTT production company, which has leased more than 38,000 m2 for a long time. Part of the project is the construction of an industrial hall with a size of approximately 11,150 m2, which will allow SCHOTT to consolidate spaces and streamline operations.

Every year, SCHOTT organizes for its employees and their family members the so-called. SCHOTT Day on the firm's premises. This year, the event took place on Friday, September 2, and visitors were not only welcomed by the CEO of the company, Mr. Mgr. Jerzy Marcin Macko, MBA, as well as Mr. Jaroslav Kaizr, PhD MRICS, partner in the company that newly owns the campus. During their speeches, the two presented new developments at the campus and the benefits that the new partnership will bring.

Then, for more than 1350 visitors, the accompanying program and entertainment continued, which was taken care of by the musical group AF Band, the magician Ondřej Sládek and finally the band The Syrup Coat Revival. For smaller children, face painting, falconry, multitower, decorating medals or sandboxing were prepared. For older children and adults, a photo booth, virtual simulators, a segway, a car rollover simulator in a traffic accident or a wipe-out sweeper was prepared. One of the highlights of the event was a lavish raffle.
