DEMACO has advanced in the development of industrial development across the Czech Republic

The development company Demaco has made progress in the development of several industrial projects in the Czech Republic during 2022. Three new parks in Moravia represent a portfolio financed by the company's own capital: The developer will start the construction of the DMC ValMez park this year with the construction of the hall of the German manufacturing company Schott, which will be followed by two other buildings with a total area of 28,000 m2. South of Ostrava — in DMC Paskov, a new hall for Škoda Auto is already growing on an area of 8,500 m2. The last of a trio of projects, where another renowned company will take over 4,500 m2, will begin construction south of Brno next year. By 2024, the company will own a portfolio of three parks worth about 70 million euros. New developments are also being prepared in other locations, including Prague or the East Bohemian Region. Demaco currently manages and develops 140,000 m2 of industrial and storage space and, along with construction, is also initiating negotiations with potential investors.
