DEMACO STARTED OPERATING ITS OWN LOCAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

From 1.5.2024, Demaco expanded its activities in terms of operating its own local distribution system (LDS). Thanks to the obtained license to operate LDS, we became distributors of electricity and gas in our DMC ValMez facility.

Our LDS brings many exceptional benefits to the industrial park like connecting to a 110kV substation through our own 22kV substation. With an electrical input of 6MW and the possibility of multiple increases, we are ready to provide sufficient capacity for current and future needs. In addition, we also have a high and medium pressure gas connection.

In the coming weeks, we are investing in upgrading control and operating systems to ensure efficient metering, remote access and safe operation. In addition, we are already connected to photovoltaic power plants, whose capacity we plan to expand to 4MW in the coming years. All this is complemented by the above-standard infrastructure equipment of the complex, including water connection, sewerage and two independent fiber optic lines.

Our goal is to be not only a reliable developer, but also a reliable supplier of energy for all our customers.
