Kolín Ovčáry - TKG AUTOMOTIVE

In immediate proximity to the Ovčáry industrial zone, we started construction of a new manufacturing hall in April 2026 for the Turkish company TKG AUTOMOTIVE, a supplier to Toyota Motor Manufacturing Czech Republic. The new plant in the Czech Republic will support the company’s further growth and strengthen its manufacturing capacity across Europe.

From initial design to final delivery

The project is being delivered in the Design & Build model — from the initial technical assessment of the land, through building and technology design, permitting processes, and finally construction itself as one fully integrated process. This approach allows us to design a solution that fully respects the client’s specific manufacturing processes, technological requirements, and future development plans.

High standard and efficient operations

The building has been designed and is being delivered in accordance with our dmc construct 4.2 standard, which focuses on operational efficiency, long-term sustainability, and a high technical standard. This naturally includes targeting the highest energy efficiency class – EPC A, the use of energy-saving technologies including LED lighting and intelligent building management systems, as well as preparation for renewable energy sources and future technological expansion according to the user’s needs.

Designed around real operations

From the very beginning, the building design reflects the specifics of the manufacturing operation — the layout, logistics flows, and technical facilities are tailored to the user’s specific technology in order to support both production efficiency and long-term operational flexibility. This project confirms our ability to deliver tailor-made solutions for demanding and technologically advanced industrial operations.

Completion of the first phase of construction and handover of the building to the user is planned for Q1 2027.
