A reference industrial project for technologically demanding manufacturing

We delivered a manufacturing hall with an area of approximately 13,650 m² for the Japanese company Cataler, a manufacturer of catalyst components, in cooperation with the investor DRFG Real Estate.

This was the first completed project of the Demaco Group, where we established our approach to construction management and cooperation with both the tenant and the investor. The building was designed and constructed according to the dmc construct 4.0 standard, while being adapted throughout the project to the specific requirements of the tenant’s manufacturing technology and operations.

Efficient delivery and cost management

The project was completed within the required timeframe and with cost savings compared to the original budget. This was achieved through efficient construction management and the use of the open-book principle, which enabled transparent project management and continuous cost optimisation.

Project awards

The project won first place in the Innovation of the Year category at the LOG-IN 2020 awards. It was also nominated in the Industrial Property category at Best of Realty 2020, which recognises the best projects in commercial real estate.
